Hartford’s Riverfront Food Truck Festival returns this weekend

Hartford’s annual Riverfront Food Truck Festival returns Thursday for three days of food and live music at Mortensen Riverfront Plaza.

The festival, which runs daily Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., features a full slate of food trucks, serving everything from lobster rolls to vegan cheeseburgers.

Participating food trucks include:

Bloom Kitchen & Co.: Plant-based sliders, fry baskets, rice and grain bowls

Bricin’s Festival Foods: Slushes, fried dough

Chompers: “Crunchy balls of goodness” in flavors like bacon cheeseburger, chicken parmesan and taco

Clyde’s Cupcakes: Cupcakes in decadent flavors

Cousins Maine Lobster: Lobster rolls, bisque, chowder, lobster grilled cheese

Craftbird: Fried chicken sandwiches, tenders and farm-fresh sides

Macken’s Sliders: Creative sliders, including a bacon waffle cheeseburger

Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffees & Smoothies: Coffee drinks and tropical smoothies

Poutine Gourmet: Authentic Canadian poutine, with gravy and cheese curds over fresh-cut fries
